Washing hands is so important. I encourage my children to wash their hands immediately when they come home from school or from any outside/inside activity.

I agree. Many parents are afraid to ask someone to wash their hands before holding their infant. Don’t be! It is ok to protect them.

Great article. Many people underestimate how washing hands can save lives. Sounds silly but try telling that to someone with swine flu who got it from shaking hands.
