It's just not fair, these cuts will come at the expense of the poor, ederly and uninsured who find it harder to find coverage as it is. Further cuts will also affect our Public school systems which depend on our community hospitals for Mental Health and behavior programs provided to our inner city children. Mostly under privileged children who can't afford to go to private clinics and depend on the programs of their local community hospitals. I will write to the elected officials TODAY!
